The annual Christmas Walk will take place in Ashford on Sunday December 9th setting out from Ashford church at 12 noon. This year’s walk will take in the new Ashford Woodland Loop leading onto the Gortnaclohy Loop. The newly developed 1.3km route through beautiful woodland gives a pleasant alternative to the steeper Cobs road. There will be an option to walk the new Trail or the combined trails of 7km. Festive refreshments will be served in the Village Inn following the walk. There will be no charge for the event however there will be a donation bucket in aid of Milford Hospice on the day.
